Kerry L. Bass, CEO and founder of Potential To Reality Consulting and a Senior Member of ASQ. He is an executive consultant who specializes in enterprise transformation, operational excellence and organizational change management. His personal and professional focus is on helping organizations and societies that are dedicated to the wellbeing of their stakeholders achieve and sustain excellence.
For more than 25 years, Kerry has been leading and supporting transformation and major organizational change for governmental agencies, as well as non-profit and commercial enterprises. He has had an eclectic career that has provided an opportunity to have an impact across a broad range of organizations. Among the relevant roles that he has performed are CEO Executive Director, COO and Head of Ministries for non-profit organizations; Division Director for technology planning and state Project Management Office, Asst. Division Director / Director Office of Change Management State Division of Families and Children Services; Senior Industry Leader, Director of Project Management and Global Manager of Service Quality and Customer Loyalty for IT Services of global IT and government consulting companies.
Kerry is a current member of the ASQ Organization and former ASQ Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors Executive Committee, He also serves as the Chairman of the newly formed Center for Electoral Quality and Integrity. Additionally, he is a member of the Center for Quality Standards in Government and a member of the ASQ Government Division leadership Council.
Kerry holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence and Certified Quality Auditor, Project Management Professional, Organization Change Management Practitioner and Talent Optimization Consultant. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
